Let's Move!

Our aim is to help you create a balanced lifestyle where you combine great health with self-confidence, family, friendship, inspiration and new experiences. There are 4 classes a week to attend. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday at 7 pm and Saturday morning 7.30 am. Every class will give you an awesome workout that will start (or progress you), on a journey of health, fitness, energy, and well-being. And while you’re there… you also get to partake in some really great experiences, that will invigorate, inspire, excite and reward you. Past experiences have included: Zumba, Bounce, Laughing Yoga. For a very affordable price, you will get so much more than just a workout. Not only do you exercise in a really fun group environment with real purpose, real women, and a real smile, you receive weekly challenges, coaching and an amazing community of like-minded women to support you on your journey. This is about living your life with a cherry on top!

  • Do you have a payment plan?

    Yes, we have some payment plans available on our booking page above but you can also email Laurinda if you'd prefer to pay on a weekly basis or through an automatic payment

  • Is Facebook a necessary part of the programme?

    No, it isn’t. We encourage you to join the Facebook group, where a majority of our ladies connect with one another. But, for those of you who prefer not to be on Facebook, all our materials are shared via email.

  • Do I need any fitness equipment?

    Nope. Everything is designed to use your body weight and maybe a chair at home.

  • Who is the 8 Week Experience for?

    For you my friend. This programme is for anyone who wants regular guidance, motivation, inspiration and support to pursue a lifestyle of wellness. Need some help staying focused on healthy living during these unsteady times? Need joyful people to cheer you on? We’ve got you!

  • What does it cost to join?

    It’s just $34 a week. We can’t give it away for free (though I wish we could!), but we want it to be as affordable and accessible to everyone as it can be in this COVID season.

  • What if I need to cancel?

    We’d hate to see you go but know that wellness support isn’t one-size-fits-all. If you decide to cancel, just email the office and we’ll take care of you! You will be missed and are more than welcome to come back at any time.

  • What about covid?

    We follow all Government policies to the letter, so you can be assured that you will be kept safe! If we head into a lockdown, we don't stop. We keep you moving through zoom sessions and coaching. We have got you covered!

  • What if I'm still not sure?

    What I can guarantee is your satisfaction. I provide a 100% satisfaction guarantee, so if you are not happy for any reason with the quality of our training, just ask for your money back within 24 hours of completing a programme.
